RLT: Breakout from a Right Triangle

This morning my friend Romy asked me about RLT at that time it was @ 0.62. I told him I will check the charts. I saw that it has formed a right triangle and it broke out from 0.60. I told Romy, it's a good buy if it has volume. Then, he replied there's a volume now. Oh great, we should buy the target price would be 0.88 and that's 30%. RLT closed @ 0.69 with a heavy volume.
