SINO: Pennant on Weekly Chart

Do you think it's possible for SINO to go 1 peso? :) Last night, I chatted with Absolute Trader uylucky. Well, I was holding this stocks for a few weeks now.

He mentioned to me that SINO is a Pennant. I immediately checked my weekly chart on SINO and indeed saw that it's a Pennant.

If it breakout @ .66 today with heavy volume (375M?), then there's a possibility that this will hit 1 peso!
