PCOR: Falling Wedge

Today I saw PCOR forming a falling wedge.
01/02/2008: O-5.7, H-5.9, L-5.5, C-5.9
Last 5 trading days High @ 5.9 & Low @ 5.5
Last 21 trading days High @ 6.5 & Low @ 5.5

I did not have any position with this issue. But, I'll be watching this stock.
